The company is looking for a Business Development/Sales Manager profile to join its team. The role reporting to the UK Sales Manager will have a focus on growth and new markets, travel for face-to-face client meetings and conferences. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the expanding team in the UK

  • Collaborates with the Sales Department in defining and developing the business plan for the assigned area.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and educate prospective and existing clients regarding the company’s services.
  • Manages commercial relations with active and potential customers through scouting and visiting activities.
  • Research and understand sector-specific issues, leaders, trends, and news events relevant to the diverse industries the company serves.
  • Participates in trade shows and industry events.
  • Is responsible for CRM data entry and collaborates with Sales Management for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
  • Liaises with Customer Service for order management and shipment planning.
Profilo richiesto
  • Qualifications in mathematics, business studies and languages preferred.
  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience or Customer Service
  • Full driving license
  • Computer user of Microsoft Office, CRM
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Charismatic, curious, and dynamic personality
  • Proven track record in achieving goals.
