Privacy policy.

Vetroelite S.r.l. - registered office: Via I Maggio, 4 Postal Code 31024 Ormelle (TV), in its capacity as data controller (hereinafter referred to as "Controller"), hereby provides this policy to the Data Subject in compliance with the European and Italian regulations on the protection of personal data.

This policy complements the website browsing policy in order to illustrate to the User how the Controller shall specifically process the data entered in this agreement form: we therefore recommend you to read our privacy policy privacy policy.

Purpose and legal basis for the processing

The Data Controller processes personal data for various purposes:

to respond to the requests made through this form, for instance to obtain information about its products or services (including sending its brochure, catalogue and/or other company information material), to get a quote, etc...: in this case consent is not required because the processing is necessary in order to respond to such requests;
to use the contact details of the Data Subject (e-mail address) in order to send commercial communications containing information about its products or services, as well as promotions or invitations to events that the Controller will attend: for this purpose the express consent of the Data Subject is required.


Data retention period

The Controller intends to process the data according to the following time criteria:

if information is requested, the data shall be processed for the time necessary to provide said information, without prejudice to further retention for the time necessary to achieve a settlement (however reached) of any disputes that may arise;
for the purpose referred to in point 2), the data shall be processed for twenty-four months: the Data Subject may revoke his/her consent or however object to their processing at any time.
Nature of the provision of data and consequences in case of refusal

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 1) is necessary, therefore any refusal to provide them in whole or in part may result in the impossibility for the Controller to pursue the above purposes. The provision for further purposes is optional: in the absence thereof, the Controller shall not be able to carry out the corresponding activities but it shall still be entitled to pursue the purposes set out in point 1).

Categories of recipients

The Controller shall not disclose the data, but it intends to share them with internal employees authorized to process them by virtue of their respective duties, as well as with commercial agents, companies which provide services on the computer systems of the Controller, hosting companies of the platform used to send commercial communications as well as with other professionals or service companies, and with public and private Entities, also following inspections and audits.

In case they process data on behalf of the Controller, said recipients shall be appointed as data processors by a special agreement or any other legal act.

Transfer of data to a third Country and/or an international organization

The Data Controller may transfer personal data to Countries outside the European Economic Area due to the use of computer services in cloud mode as well as to ensure the security of the data through remote backup. In these cases the transfers shall be made in accordance with the specific requirements of the data protection regulations.

Data subjects' rights 

Data subjects have the right to ask the Controller to grant them access to their data and to rectify them in case of inaccuracies, to delete them or to limit their processing if the conditions are met, to object to their processing for legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, as well as to obtain the portability of the personally communicated data only in case they are subject to automated processing based on consent or contract. Data subjects also have the right to revoke the consent given for the processing purposes requiring it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the revocation.

Data subjects are also entitled to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, i.e. the personal data protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
