Privacy policy.

Vetroelite s.r.l., with registered office in via I Maggio, No. 4 - 31024 - Ormelle (TV), in its capacity as data controller of your personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Data Controller"), issues this privacy policy to the Data Subject in compliance with the European and Italian regulations on the protection of personal data.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing

The Data Controller processes personal data for purposes connected with or instrumental to the performance of personnel search and selection activities. The legal basis is the necessity for the pursuit of the above-mentioned purposes, and consent is only required in the case of health-related data, such as belonging to protected categories.

Data retention period

The Data Controller will process the data for a maximum period of 24 months, after which all data will be destroyed or anonymized.

Provision of data and consequences in case of refusal

The provision of data is necessary and therefore any refusal to provide them, in whole or in part, may result in the impossibility for the Data Controller to assess the candidate's profile.

Categories of recipients

The Data Controller will not disseminate the data, but it shall disclose them to internal employees authorised to process them on the basis of their respective tasks, as well as to professionals, agencies or companies involved in personnel recruitment, professionals or service companies, labour consultants and occupational physicians.

These recipients, should they process data on behalf of the Data Controller, will be appointed as data processors by means of a contract or other legal act.

Transfer of data to a third country and/or an international organization

Personal data will not be transferred either to non-European third countries or to international organisations.

Data subjects’ rights 

Data subjects have the right to request the Data controller to access their data and to rectify them in case of inaccuracies, to cancel them or to limit the relevant processing if the necessary conditions are met, to oppose the processing of the same for legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, as well as to obtain the portability of the personally communicated data only in case these are the subject of an automated processing based on consent or contract. Data subjects also have the right to withdraw their consent for the processing purposes requiring it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to their withdrawal.
